By creating a Pacexis account, signing in, or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Pacexis.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Pacexis. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide (including date of birth) is accurate. Pacexis does not accept a date of birth under 18 when you sign up. If we find that an account belongs to someone under 18, we delete the account and its data.
Pacexis grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. All software, design, and content remain the property of Pacexis and its licensors.
You retain ownership of the run data, workouts, notes, photos, and feedback you provide. By submitting content you grant Pacexis a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display it solely to operate the service for you, including running AI-powered analyses on your behalf.
Pacexis is available as a free tier and as paid subscription tiers (Pro, optional one-time purchases). Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your platform store or the Stripe Customer Portal from Settings → Manage subscription. Refunds are handled according to the policy of the payment provider you used to start the subscription.
You agree not to (a) misuse the service or interfere with its operation, (b) attempt to access data that is not yours, (c) abuse rate limits or scrape data, (d) submit content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful, or (e) use Pacexis in any way that violates applicable law.
Pacexis generates training observations using third-party AI models. These outputs are informational only and are not medical, training, or health advice. Consult a qualified professional for medical concerns.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pacexis is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Pacexis will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
You may stop using Pacexis at any time and delete your account from Settings → Delete account. Pacexis may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that we are required by law to disable.
We may update these terms when the service changes. Material updates will require re-acceptance the next time you open Pacexis. Continued use after re-acceptance constitutes agreement to the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. EU consumers retain the protections of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
